Most items take approximately 3-5 days to ship. Custom ordered items, especially shoes, can take up to six to eight weeks. If your item is going to take more than 5 business days (Saturday and Sunday does not count!), we will communicate that delay to you.

We want you to be satisfied with what you receive but we need your help with that! Before ordering, be sure of your measurements. If you normally wear a size 7, please do know that if you order a size 10, they will probably not fit.
